Job Opportunity – Manager of Port Tack Charter

Port Tack Charter – coach boat supplier to the dinghy and Olympic sailing community – is looking to hire a manager for the European business. Based in Weymouth, UK, this individual will need an entrepreneurial spirit and to be flexible in working with all sorts of sailors and coaches.
The job requires someone with good organizational skills who is willing to create, execute and improve plans through the season. A professional approach to the sailing world is a must along with the ability to work well with our clients. Someone with a background in sailing and/or the marine industry would have a leg up.
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
- Delivering coach boats to locations, and managing the fleet while at those locations
- Maintenance of the fleet
- Meeting with clients to deliver and receive the boats
- Shipping logistics
- Working on the back end of the business to support all areas of a new business.
